Tales that make you sad
Well since I'm trying to procrastinate just a bit let me tell you three stories that I have heard over the last few days that have got to me. All of them abot girls as well! And just cos I haven't done so for a while I shall write them in prose :D
There is a young woman who stands at the crossroads of life. Death has taken her father and the World has taken her mother.
There is a young woman who stands at the crossroads of life. She dreams of better things. She dreams of flying. But dreams only get you so far and then you need cash.
There is a young woman at the crossroads of life. With her is a young man at the crossroads of life. She likes him very much and he is a promising one. But these are the crossroads of life and they are cruel with partings.
There is a young woman at the crossroads of life. It is chill and cold and there is no one to catch her when she falls and the world can be a cruel place.
There is a young woman and she is at the crossroads of life...
From a lush green world, of heat and stiffling crowds. To a dry, dry land of alcohol and empty fields they came o'er the seas. Here the world spins the other way round and the people stand sticking to the globe like flies upside down. Here the rules breakdown and what was up now is down. Change was in the winds and deep in the minds and change it came to be. And as they traded one for the other, I can only frown. Whether it be of jealousy or prudence even I lie to myself, and end of the day all you can say is you don't know what you got till it's gone.
A little e mail winged its way to me. It was about prayer and faith and hope of a little girl where a grown up had none. And it came true! The chances were stupid the coincidence was astronomical. But I wonder... if the package had never came. If the answers were never given, what would we do? Would we have multiplied the message and sent it to a million people that God is dead and the universe is a cold, heartless thing. And when the Son of Man returns will he find any faith left on the earth...
Now I'm done :D
